Michael
started in the security industry in 1988. He was the
first to introduce computerized traffic monitoring to
the north shore, tracking the vast sum of vehicles
entering the Eden Isles Subdivision and amassing a
database that help catch more than a dozen criminals. He
worked with taking his fellow guards above and beyond
the norm, refusing unkempt and unwilling workers, and
raising the standards to a new level.
Michael’s
reputation amongst guards and local guard companies
spread throughout the 90’s, and in 1996, Michael was
presented with the opportunity to work with a relatively
new company but with a long standing reputation in the
north shore community. Mike immediately went to work
raising the standards of his fellow security guards into
security professionals. His work was rewarded with 9
promotions and advancements through all ranks and
positions of the company until he reached the especially
created position of COMPANY COMMANDER and Head of Field
Operations. His unique blend of praise for progress and
relentless admonishment for less than professional
attitudes or performance gained him both the praise and
hatred of his officers and supervisory staff.
Now Mike brings his approach
to a new level as the Owner of PROFESSIONAL PATROL
SERVICES. Not satisfied with the norm, Mike brings Employee
Profit Sharing Programs, higher base salaries,
and double / triple the state mandated training for
all security officers. Rallying to his cause for
higher standards, Mike has sparked the interest of some
of the finest professionals in the security industry in
southeast Louisiana. With the resumes of more than 100
