False Alarms?

The Sheriff’s Office and local police departments can now charge you every time they respond to an alarm at your home or business. These charges can quickly add up to hundreds of dollars a year.

And if your business is behind a locked fence, they will sometimes not even go out to your property unless someone is coming out to unlock the gate. That means you or an employee losing sleep, and usually for a false alarm.

Don’t let your business fall victim to this “wolf cry”.

Professional Patrol Ser.

can and will respond each and every time we’re called. We can be there in minutes to open your gates and ensure your property is secure. And you and your employees can sleep at night.

The following is provided to you to give an idea of the base services available from Professional Patrol Services. This is by no means a complete list. There’s not enough web space for everything. If you have a security need that not listed, give us a call or email us your details.

All of our service contracts include our exclusive ProActive Patrol-by (PAPB1)services free of charge. For those who’s security needs are limited, the ProActive Patrol-By services can be purchased alone.

ProActive Patrol-By (PAPB1) (PAPB2):

This includes stopping and inquiring on your behalf to any persons or situations in or around your facility. This is a drive-by inspection at least once per evening without stopping unless a problem is detected. You are called and notified in writing of each incident and all details. Services are transferable from location to location, subject to service availability in the new area.

On-Call Alarm Response (AR1) (AR2):

On activation of your current alarm system, your alarm monitoring company will notify our patrol team. A uniformed patrol officer in a marked patrol unit will respond immediately to your site and inspect for damages, intrusions, etc. Emergency personnel will be called if the situation warrants. You are called by telephone and notified in writing of each incident and all details. If keys are provided, our patrol officer will enter your building, reset the alarm system, and inspect all offices and areas of your property.

Nightly Patrols (NP1) (NP2):

Once or more each night, our uniformed patrol officer in a marked patrol vehicle will stop and inspect your property. All exterior doors, windows and fenced areas will be inspected for signs of intrusion or damage. If an open door is detected, our patrol officer will enter your building and inspect all offices and areas of your property. Emergency personnel will be called if the situation warrants. You will be called by telephone and notified in writing of each incident and all details.

Special Close Out & Escort Services (ES1):

A security officer will be available at your location for the closing hour(s) of your business to ensure the safety and security of your business and personnel. The security officer will escort all personnel to their vehicles, ensure the security and close down procedures of your business are completed and stand by until all personnel have left the property safely.

Vacation Services (VS1):

During the time you will be away from your home or business, a uniformed security officer will drop by and inspect your property for signs of intrusion and pick up your mail and newspapers (placed in a box, delivered to you on your return). If you have an alarm system, our patrol officer will respond in case of activations and report to you by telephone and writing as to his/her findings.

Due to insurance restrictions, animal (dog) feeding services are not available. Our security officers cannot enter a yard that contains any uncontained dog or any animal subject to biting.

Neighborhood Patrols (NHP1):

By combining the resources of your neighborhood, you and your neighbors can provide for the added feature of a patrol officer in your neighborhood, checking and actively preventing the criminal element from getting a foothold in your area. Consider this a paid neighborhood watch.

Our marked patrol vehicles will roam the streets of your subdivision at random or prearranged times looking for and reporting on anything that appears out of the ordinary or a potential security risk. This can include notifying residents of open car or garage doors (call list required), monitoring for suspicious vehicles or persons, and calling out law enforcement as may be required for the arrest or removal of individuals who do not belong.

Our patrol officers will keep track of repeat offenders in your neighborhood and (within the boundaries of the law) continue to ratchet up the pressure on those persons to ensure they get the message they are not welcome.

Our patrol officers can also respond to certain complaint calls issued through your homeowner’s association for those times when you want a response to a situation, but do not require the services of local law enforcement. Our officers are trained in ways of notifying your fellow residents of complaints without causing problems associated with law enforcement involvement.

This service requires an incorporated homeowner’s association or assigned responsible person for central billing purposes. Our security team will be happy to assist your homeowner’s association in setting up this program.

On-Site Permanent Security Services:

Our trained security officers are available for stationing on-site at your property for periods ranging from 8-24 hours per day. Contract services can include perimeter protection, yard patrols, gate duties, and personnel protection. We can secure your property on the weekends or throughout the week.

Our team of on-site supervisors and field personnel will work with you and your management team to determine the most effective procedures to ensure the safety and security of your property.

A complete and custom designed set of written Post Orders (instructions) for all security personnel will be completed by our command staff and subject to your review and edit prior to starting our job, and subject to your changes at any time. Any security company who is not willing to put it in writing defining the duties of the security personnel should not be considered worthy of your business.
